How do I order an item that is for sale?

Add the item to your shopping cart and complete checkout including payment information.

How Do I receive my items?

Items will be shipped weekly through knutsford express. Payments completed by 4:30 pm on Tuesday will be shipped out on the following Wednesday. Your item will be couriered by Knutsford express and is available to picked up at the local office of your choosing.

Who pays for shipping of items?

The Customer is responsible for the shipping cost and any associated costs requested by Knutsford Express. Navigate to their website to estimate your approximate cost for shipping.

How do I obtain your rental items?

Rental items can be delivered at cost or picked up depending on the item. Send us your inquiry on website www.360partypalace.com, WhatsApp 1876-779-0161 or send us a direct message on our Instagram/Facebook Platforms @360partypalace.

Can I pay for Rental items on website?

The only rental item payable on website is our 360 Photo Booth. We will provide you with payment information for all other rental items.

How do I know if the 360 Photo Booth is available?

Add this item to cart, choosing your event date and choice of package. If you are able to complete the payment, the item is available and will be secured for your event.
